Welcome. Before using our services, we ask that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using our coaching programs, workshops, meditations, flower therapies, and other services offered at www.jorgeuqvarela.com, you agree to comply with these terms.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, we recommend that you do not continue using our services.
1. GENERAL SERVICE INFORMATION
Jorge UQ Varela offers personal development and wellness services, including:
- Coaching programs, such as The Phoenix Method Workshops
- In-person and/or online workshops and courses.
- Guided meditations.
- Flower therapies and other personal growth services.
These services are designed for educational and wellness purposes and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
If you have a health condition, we recommend consulting a professional before participating.
2. REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS THE SERVICES
To use our services, you must:
- Be over 18 years old. If you are a minor, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required, and they must remain nearby during the sessions.
- Have internet access and compatible devices for online services.
- In some cases, complete a registration form or attend a prior evaluation session.
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
3. PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY 3.1 PAYMENTS:
- All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and may be subject to change.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, or SINPE.
- If payment plans are offered, the client must comply with the agreed deadlines.
3.2 REFUND POLICY
- No refunds will be issued once the service has begun.
- If the client cancels before starting, a 50 % administrative fee will be charged.
- If the service is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued or an alternative will be offered.
All content from our programs, workshops, and materials (texts, audios, videos, PDFs, exercises, etc.) is the property of Jorge UQ Varela and is protected by copyright.
The following is not allowed:
- Reproducing, distributing, or sharing the content without authorization.
- Sharing material outside of the designated free resources section.
- Using the material for commercial purpouses whitout prior permission
By enrolling in our services, the client agrees to:
- Actively participate and follow the instructions of the chosen program or service.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information shared during individual or group sessions.
- Not share materials or record sessions without authorization.
The success of the process depends on the client’s personal commitment and effort.
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of changes, clients will be notified in advance and alternative options will be offered.
If the client wishes to cancel their participation in a program or session, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION:
We respect the privacy of our clients. The information provided during registration and sessions will be treated as confidential.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Our services are designed for personal growth, but we do not guarantee specific results as these depend on individual effort.
We are not responsible for:
- Any decisions the client makes based on program content.
- Technical issues beyond our control in online services (connection failures, device incompatibilities, etc).
9. CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE:
We regularly update our website and may change its content at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access to our site or close it indefinitely.
If any material on our site becomes outdated, we are under no obligation to update it.
10. INFORMATION ABOUT YOU AND YOUR VISITS TO OUR SITE:
We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our site, you consent to such processing and guarantee that all data you provide is accurate.
11. VIRUSES, HACKING, AND OTHER OFFENSES:
