Holistic therapy treats the individual as a whole, addressing not only physical symptoms but also emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects. The goal is to balance body, mind, and spirit to promote complete healing.
Each session is different and depends on the type of therapy you are receiving. Generally, sessions begin with a conversation about your needs and current challenges, followed by the application of the specific holistic technique, such as Flower Remedies, guided meditation, quantum frequencies, and more.
It depends on the type of therapy or service and the topics being worked on. For example:
I was raised in a Catholic family and even attended seminary to become a priest. Today, I do not practice a specific religion, which allows me to visit different congregations when invited and when my heart feels it. However, I have never felt so deeply connected to God (that’s how I name my divinity) as I do now. My intention is not to promote or criticize any religion. I have no problem working with anyone regardless of age, gender, or faith. If at any point something does not resonate with you, I work in a free and open environment, based on mutual respect and honest communication.
Depending on the therapy, it can be at any age. For example, Bach Flowers are so gentle that they can be used from the very moment of a baby’s birth. However, it is often important to clarify that many issues children face can be worked on by addressing the parents or caregivers, since much of what children experience is absorbed from their environment. I also have a specific 10-week program for children up to 12 years old, which helps activate their extraocular vision (seeing with eyes closed). It may sound magical, but it is real. What makes this therapy wonderful is not simply “seeing with eyes closed,” but shifting the way children perceive their surroundings to improve performance and behavior.
Similar to the question about the age at which I begin therapies, in the case of pets, due to their nobility, many of their conflicts reflect those of their owner. For this reason, in pet cases I recommend working with both the owner and the animal for the best results. It’s incredible to see how pets recover as their owners improve.
Absolutely. The holistic therapies I practice are considered Complementary, meaning they are non-conventional practices used alongside conventional medicine, unlike Alternative Therapies that are used instead of conventional medicine. My therapies should never replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. It is always the healthcare professional who determines when a patient has achieved full recovery.
Results vary from person to person, depending on their individual situation and the therapeutic approach used. Some may experience significant changes after one or two sessions, while others may need a more extended process to achieve lasting improvements.
Currently, I offer both in-person and online sessions, depending on the client’s preference. This allows you to access my services from anywhere in the world.
I recommend being in a private space where you can talk freely. Headphones are helpful, and a good internet connection is necessary. You may want to have a notebook for notes, and it’s best to stay hydrated for the muscle testing exercises we’ll do during the session.
Yes, holistic therapies are non-invasive and therefore safe. They are designed to complement overall well-being and usually have no side effects. However, it is always recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any therapy if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Please note that in my sessions, I do not diagnose or prescribe any medication.
During a Healing Session with guided meditation, it is possible that we may bring to awareness the root of what is troubling you today. This can sometimes feel intense, but the reason I value this technique so much is because we do it with the purpose of finding the gift your soul received in that moment—transforming the energy of the experience so you can remember it not as pain, but as a gift. On the other hand, with flower remedies, in very specific cases there can be a short “healing crisis,” which typically lasts no more than 4 days.
The number of sessions depends on your goals and the type of therapy you choose. Some people find relief after just a few sessions, while others prefer long-term follow-ups to maintain well-being and prevent imbalances.
No specific preparation is required. However, it’s helpful to come with an open mind and be willing to share any issues or blocks you are experiencing so the session can be more effective.
Signs of progress may be subtle at first, such as a greater sense of calm or mental clarity. Over time, you may experience more significant physical, emotional, or mental improvements, such as reduced stress or an increased ability to handle difficult emotions. Some therapies can bring about immediate changes, which we call instant healing.
Holistic therapies can help with a wide variety of conditions such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, emotional burnout, physical and chronic pain, as well as emotional challenges like grief, separation, or lack of focus. However, each person is unique, and results may vary.
Traditional therapies often focus on treating specific symptoms and illnesses, while holistic therapies aim to balance all aspects of well-being by addressing the root cause of the issue, not just the symptoms. Both approaches can complement each other to optimize results. Personally, I believe that every physical conflict has an emotional foundation. That’s why, when working on physical issues, the goal is also to explore why this conflict exists and what benefit you are gaining from it.
No prior belief in holistic therapies is required, but it is helpful to remain open to the process. Many people benefit from these therapies even without a deep understanding of how energetic or emotional approaches work.
The best way to choose is by considering your goals and personal preferences. The initial session is usually meant to discuss your needs and provide a personalized recommendation. Some people prefer energy-based therapies, such as HEALY, while others look for more mental or emotional approaches, like Flower Remedies or guided meditation, or self-knowledge tools such as Pythagorean Numerology. These questions are broad enough to fit almost any type of holistic therapy and help address common concerns, offering clarity about what clients can expect from the sessions.
The guided meditation technique I use is based on connecting with your divinity—whether you call it God, Creator, Light, Energy, or Universe—by accessing the Theta brainwave state. In this state, it is possible to heal and manifest positive changes in your life by transforming beliefs and emotions. Because of its benefits, I have included this practice both in what I call a Healing Session (a 90-minute space where I apply different holistic techniques) and as the foundation of my programs The Phoenix Method, Knowing Myself (ConociendoME), and Manifesting Myself (ManifestandoME). These programs focus on overcoming emotional burnout, expanding awareness, and achieving self-knowledge to reach your best version. Guided meditation can also be used as a stand-alone therapy.
Flower Remedy Therapy uses flower essences to balance emotions. I work with Bach flowers, California flowers, and Australian flowers. In each session, I evaluate your emotional state and select the essences that best support your healing process, helping you regain clarity and inner peace. Each remedy is personalized. The flowers help address both personality traits and specific life situations such as grief, transitions, menopause, or insomnia. Their contribution has been wonderful, which is why I also include them as part of my programs The Phoenix Method (focused on overcoming emotional burnout) and Knowing Myself (ConociendoME) and Manifesting Myself (ManifestandoME), which expand awareness through self-knowledge and help you achieve your best version. The key to success with flower remedies is consistency. They have no contraindications and can be prepared with apple cider vinegar, brandy, or vegetable glycerin (often recommended for children and pets due to its sweet taste).
That’s a wonderful question, and one I’ve encountered before. I cannot give a specific judgment on why something didn’t work in the past—each flower therapist prescribes remedies differently based on their experience and the information they receive, and meditation can also vary greatly depending on the approach. From the perspective of synchronicity, which teaches us that there are no coincidences, I would say that what you tried at that time was exactly what you were ready for energetically. It planted a seed that has brought you to this very moment, where you are now reading this answer. From my own experience and that of my clients, the results have been wonderful. The investment is minimal compared to the weight of the issues you’re carrying. Ultimately, you deserve to feel better—the choice is yours.
If you feel emotionally drained, unmotivated, or are experiencing blocks in important areas of your life, a Program may be more appropriate. Programs are designed to help you identify and release those burdens while also giving you access to additional tools for self-knowledge and growth. However, if you are going through a moment of emotional exhaustion or are seeking to manifest more clarity and well-being in your life, individual sessions are designed to work with you personally, helping you reconnect with your purpose and sense of balance.
The Phoenix Method is a transformational program created to help professionals and individuals experiencing emotional burnout regain balance in their lives. Through a 10-session program, many of my clients report up to a 40% reduction in symptoms within just 3 sessions. For those who have lived through burnout, that 40% can feel like seeing the light again and reigniting their spark for life. We use a variety of holistic techniques to identify and release emotional and mental blocks, allowing participants to live with greater confidence, gratitude, and fulfillment.
Throughout the program, I provide you with practical exercises and self-awareness tools. In addition, we track your progress through weekly sessions and reflections, adjusting the path as needed to ensure you achieve your goals. With the help of muscle testing, you can directly evaluate your weekly progress.
This program is designed to give you the tools for self-awareness and to recognize and transform the blocks that prevent you from achieving or enjoying your manifestations. It is especially focused on entrepreneurs who feel stuck—despite having resources—because they cannot channel their energy to move forward. Over the course of 6 sessions, you will receive a complete numerology analysis of your name to better understand who you are and how to direct your energy and projects. Guided meditations will help harmonize unresolved conflicts, while flower remedies will support your inner work on a daily basis. We will also carry out a quantum detox to clear memories in the bioenergetic field, preparing your body, mind, and spirit for manifestation—leaving nothing in the way of your goals.
I use a combination of holistic techniques such as Flower Remedies, guided meditation, numerology, and quantum therapy. These resources work together to help you balance your energy and overcome emotional or mental blocks.
This varies depending on the person and the program. Some people notice a change after the very first session, while others may need several weeks of continuous work to experience deeper improvements. Both my 10-week program (The Phoenix Method) and my 6-week program (Knowing Myself – ConociendoME and Manifesting Myself – ManifestandoME) are designed to provide consistent support and sustainable results. The key is consistency with weekly sessions—if too much time passes between them, progress may be slower. That’s why both programs include a set timeframe to ensure the best results.
